The TR reels are crafted in CO with only 21 meticulously machined parts. The integrated precision-balanced clicker on the spool eliminates the need for a counterweight. This yields a clean look and conserves that iconic click-pawl sound. Manually controlled drag pressure is optimized by the pronounced palming rim. The arbor size has been increased. This decreases line memory and improves retrieval rate. Finally, machined stainless steel accents emphasize Abel’s attention to detail.
